What is your return policy?
Journeys Wave LLC is a fairly new business and will not be offering returns or exchanges at this time. 

What company are you using to ship our products?
All orders will be shipped through USPS Priority mail. Most orders will be packaged in the USPS bubble mailers to ensure packaging is well kept and safe from being damaged.

When will I receive my order?
I will be shipping all orders every Monday and Tuesday mornings. Packages should be receveived within 3-5 business days. Tracking Numbers will be provided and e-mailed.
